@coalie1979 Lucas has potential in other areas. If holding midfield is what he likes best, it’s certainly not what he’s good at. Put Gerrard on the left, put Lucas forward. He’ll create more than Gerrard would beause he won’t take as many stupid long shots. There’s a reason Gerrard’s one of the best, and that’s versatility. He needs used properly and not relied on. Aquilllani, Gerrard and Kuyt could switch around all day long and be all over the opposition.
